The problem A vertical SaaS company needed a production-grade dashboard to replace their staging prototype — real-time metrics, user dashboards, uptime monitoring, and zero maintenance overhead. They had users waiting and nothing live to show them.

The approach The entire stack was built on Cloudflare: Astro for the UI, Workers for API logic, D1 for user data and analytics, and KV for edge caching. A live status board was added to show uptime and performance scores in real time, giving both the team and their users a single source of truth.
